US law having colonial authority over NL is a problem, but is based on ASML once upon a time using US patents.

China threatens to invalidate patent applications against them, from just ASML for now, if they don't refund $80B is the claim in video.

Surely if they can black market all the NVIDIA GPUs they want, they can black market ASML service/parts.
