Overview:

The community dedicated to boycotting the US until they stop fascism, restore full democracy and start following international law.

Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.

America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.

America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

Fighting EVs and EV competition any way they can

The massive new Hyundai EV plant outside of Savannah, Georgia, was raided by ICE on Thursday. Federal agents took hundreds of people into custody at the site, including executives from LG Energy Solution, Hyundai’s battery partner and co-owner of the plant.

As the largest economic project in Georgia, the plant, including Hyundai’s suppliers, is expected to create nearly 40,000 jobs while drawing $12.6 billion into the state.

I wonder if they will raid a Tesla plant?

This is terrible for business. But worse between this and the Rhode Island wind farm he cancelled he seems to be particularly striking fear into the "green" sectors (I know EV's aren't really that green). This is not good for the climate.

I hope the world starts setting up trade with each other and exclude the states.

In 5-10 years hopefully people in business will be say states who?

states can go do business with all their newfound fascist freinds.

I don't think they were trafficed to the factory. I recon some paperwork that was fine in one administration is no longer fine. hyundi needs to get ether a good team of lawers or start paying off republican senators.

More likely they’ll just stop investing in making plants and hiring here and move their stuff back off shore, because the cost of doing business here would be too high. So once again, shooting us all in the foot with our foot guns and diminishing US manufacturing and investment with stupid shortsighted decisions.

Especially when paired with the latest round of sanctions (I'm not calling them tariffs any longer) on Korea for not playing ball with El Douche.
