Generally, an artifact should be 100+ years old, but this is a flexible requirement if you find something rare and suitably linked to an era of history, not a strict rule. Anything over 100 is fair game regardless of rarity.

2400 year old vase doing a better job of showing you how to string a recurve bow than most modern illustrations.

The Scythians were a nomadic peoples who lived across the Eurasian Pontic steppes, and were highly renowned for their craftsmanship, amongst other things. This vase is certainly a stunning example of why!
