Source that he was sent to Pinnacle by her?

Or released from Pinnacle by her. The only evidence I can find at all linking him with the institution is a 2 week stay following him being sectioned in 2014.

Seems like a catestrophic failure from all civil agencies involved over a 20 year period rather than any specific case of corruption, which is what OP is implying with their false and misleading post.

Edit: there is also an issue with what organisation she actually does represent as several stories all call it a different name and I can find no record of a Pinnacle Recovery Services that deals with mentally ill people outside of Michigan which is some distance from Charlotte, GA. It's telling that the "journalists" reporting this link all point to her being a "DEI" hire. There's a clear bias in all reporting of this incident and none of it is focusing on the failure of law enforcement and rather this one particular person.

I'm clearly ootl here, but without know who anyone is or what horrible murder or mass shooting it's referencing I'd say this meme is saying "WHY THE FUCK IS A JUDGE ALSO RUNNING AN INSTITUTION THAT EARNS THEM MONEY IF THEY RULE CERTAIN WAYS?"

That's what's going through my head anywho.

There is only one reason this is a national story and that's the identities of the murderer and the victim.

The people who made that meme are not arguing about prison reform or mental health in good faith and engaging with that is obtuse and counterproductive.

Wouldn't that also be the case with stories like George Floyd. Cops kill a lot of people every year. I'm not saying it shouldn't have been a story, but that was the motive in making that one story a story. So it obviously happens in both directions. Wouldn't it be worse if it could happen in one direction but any information in the other direction was stuffed under a rug? Then our sense of reality would be completely manipulated.
