Bought a labubu - unboxed, not made of money - for my sister's birthday next month because she's a zoomer who jumps on online trends. Turns out she doesn't like them and now I've got this hell toy arriving in the post next week.

It was my birthday this week. Absolutely pished on good whisky with my siblings. It's a simple pleasure but one I value deeply

Just the one this time. I went into the nearest good shop for it and just gave them a budget and my preferences. They pointed me towards the GlenAllachie 12, and I think it was an excellent suggestion. Super big and bold flavour, like a whisky counterpart to a malbec in a lot of ways

I was the guitarist in a blues/punk band. Turns out I don't like playing stages, but the band was a good bunch of folk so it was worthwhile
