Because every trans person I’ve ever met isn’t just trying to make it through the day like the rest of us and are causing all kinds of violence and social unrest.

These chucklefucks sure like their boogeymen to rile people up.

Maybe they should look into these gravy seals/meal team 6 folks with their tacticool gear larping as military badasses if they wanna find actual problem groups.

[–] CircaV@lemmy.ca 7 points 1 day ago

All trans people in some sort of coordinated trans army?? FFS. Please. I’m not saying the fascist united snakes won’t persecute trans people (they are and will) but this is some epic bullshit. Level ten on the Richter scale bullshit.

Rekease the epstein files you lying fascist bastards

What would the release change with the current situation?

One thing that would change is Trumps ability to deny that he was part of it. In 2005, Epstein came under investigation after the parents of a 14 year old girl made a complaint against him. The investigation uncovered multiple victims, and it was recommended by the police.

In 2006, the state grand jury only indicted Epstein on one single count of solicitation, and it doesnt even specify that the girl was under 18. Palm Beach police chief went public because it was bullshit. They had found evidence of four felony charges including unlawful sexual activity with a minor. Lewd and lascivious molestation and sexual assault. The FBI came in at this point and did its own investigation.

In 2007, the FBI finds evidence of wider criminal activity involving the trafficking of minors. Finding dozens of victims. At this point his lawyers, Alan Dershowitz and later Kenneth Starr, negotiate a plea deal with Alex Acosta. This deal promised that Epstein would not face federal charges if he pleaded guilty to reduced state charges. The agreement was then kept a secret.

In 2008 he plead guilty to Solicitation, and solicitation of a minor. He was sentenced to 18 months, but served only 13. And worse, he allowed work release, meaning he was out for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week for those 13 months.

Now, this is bit thats important. The plea deal is "the list". Because what Epstein got wasnt just immunity for himself, it was also for his co conspirators. That means that the FBI investigation found out who he was working with/for. And Trumps name, will be in there. This is the same deal that Maxwell was talking about last month or the month before when she was looking to get released.

The FBI case found dozens of victims, all under age. Which could have got him a life sentence if Federal prison. But for some reason, he only got 13 months. The victims were never told of the deal, which violated the CVRA(Crime Victims Rights Act) that REQUIRES prosecutors to inform victims of plea deals.

The wording of the plea deal regarding co conspirators was left vague, with the word "potential" doing a lot of the heavy lifting to get around naming them. However, we know at least some of those names include Maxwell, Sarah Kellen(Kensington), Nadia Marcinkova, Lesley Groff, and Adrian Ross. Jean-Luc Brunel was accused, but never charged. He killed himself in France in 2022 while awaiting trial... The statute of limitations also appears to have played a part in shielding other associates. But the point is, the FBI did the work. What they found is still written down somewhere. They know who is who. And its interesting that a lot of people connected to Epstein, are now working for or had worked for Trump during his first and second terms. Alex Acosta and Howard Lutnick for example...

The files, of which there must be many, will detail Trumps involvement. And then we cant finally get rid of the cunt. But more than that, we can start to go after all the others in power wherever they may be and whoever they may be.

WHAT. THE. FUCK.

This is so fucking unbelievably fucked.

We should be fucking rioting and burning shit down.

[–] ThunderQueen@lemmy.world 11 points 1 day ago

Trans people do not have the privilege to do those things right now. It will only further the hateful rhetoric. It is up to the supposed "allies" to step up.

Nazis went after trans people, burned trans related books.

Nazis are going after trans people, burning trans related books.

[–] Glide@lemmy.ca 6 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

The destruction of the institute of sexual sciences is in fact one of the earliest crimes the Nazi party committed after taking power.

It's one of my favorite pieces of trivia to bust out when chuds try to pretend that being transgender is a "the last 20 years" modern creation. No, your fascist ilk just kept destroying the records of it existing prior, but we know better now.

The Trump administration is preparing to designate transgender people as “violent extremists” in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s murder, two national security officials tell me.

So not from a report, but from "sources"...

I tell ya, I feel really bad for trans people. They are either being scared of actual nutjobs, or grifters are making shit up for worthless internet points, that just as scary. Everywhere you look, people are using trans people as some chip to play in the on going culture wars. Maybe its time to move on and leave Trans people out of it, and stop using them for point scoring and uparrow farming...

[–] TuffNutzes@lemmy.world 144 points 2 days ago (8 children)

The Bureau defines “Nihilistic Violent Extremism” as “criminal conduct… in furtherance of political, social, or religious goals that derive primarily from a hatred of society at large and a desire to bring about its collapse by sowing indiscriminate chaos.”

What the actual fuck? This is pure bigoted Nazi shit.

[–] lividweasel@lemmy.world 63 points 2 days ago (1 children)

ikr? Trans people want to be part of society, not destroy it.

[–] IcePee@lemmy.beru.co 25 points 2 days ago (1 children)

To these people any society with trans people in it is a destroyed society since their society is trans exclusionary.

[–] Hector@lemmy.world 15 points 1 day ago

Trans are just the the first of an ever-expanding group of others to be targeted, including pretty much everybody in leadership in the party right now. I think it is pretty safe to assume that dear leader, whomever it is, we'll become as paranoid as Joseph Stalin and anybody in leadership now will be suspected and purged if they get what they think they want here.

[–] WindyRebel@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

First time I ever see violent and trans in the same sentene. Never heard of a single violent trans person. If this is true, this FBI is flushing its own credibility. My go-to person on the topic of LGBQT is RuPaul so I'll need his comments.

First they came for the Communists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist

Then they came for the Socialists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Socialist

Then they came for the trade unionists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a trade unionist

Then they came for the Jews
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew

Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me

[–] krull_krull@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 1 day ago

Why are sozialdemokraten translated as trade unionist?

any trans people in the US that haven't already applied for asylum elsewhere should be doing so now. Hopefully it's not too late

[–] ThunderQueen@lemmy.world 11 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

Unfortunately, they are being denied asylum on account of not being murdered in the streets en masse.

[–] C4551E@lemmy.blahaj.zone 7 points 1 day ago (1 children)

They aren't? Aren't trans women of color the #1 most murdered demographic?

Ohhh I see, you mean no more than usual

[–] ThunderQueen@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

Not systematically yet. Thats the problem. And yet pink coding is a thing in US prisons

[–] prole@lemmy.blahaj.zone 15 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Trans folks should consider getting the fuck out of this shithole country before it's too late

[–] andros_rex@lemmy.world 3 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (2 children)

Most countries are refusing to accept us for asylum, because they don’t want to piss off the U.S. idk if there’s been a single person who’s managed an asylum claim.

If you do know of a civilized country/school that wants a physics/calculus teacher, and would be willing to pay for relocation and help with the visa, do tell.

Trans, people with disabilities, minorities, and homeless people are the first ones that will be executed. Then they'll move on to other groups.

[–] P1nkman@lemmy.world 27 points 1 day ago

Jesus fucking Christ! If someone should be regarded at terrorists, it's the current administration. Stay safe, my friends.

[–] unphazed@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Are Juggalos still considered a gang? These lists are just wish lists for targeting people they find taboo.

[–] ThunderQueen@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

Being designated a gang is very different from being designated a terrorist or nve

They've been telegraphing this punch since Trump's first term. Disgusting, but hardly surprising.

[–] Fandangalo@lemmy.world 46 points 2 days ago (1 children)

The group defines “TIVE” as “the belief that violence is justified against people who oppose [the trans community],” as well as the belief that opposing trans rights “itself constitutes a form of violence towards people who identify as [trans or gender nonconforming]... or poses an imminent threat to such persons’ emotional, psychological, or physical safety, including through self-harm or suicide.”

What an insane redefinition of “self defense.” Violence isn’t justified…unless you are being targeted, harmed, or killed, which many trans or NB people are. It’s absurd to preemptively label self defense as “violence.” It’s cart-before-horse, intentional PR spin to dehumanize a subset of human people. One species, all human.

The administration will need scapegoats when its policies fail. They’ve laid this ground work for years now. They want justification for violence through violence themselves in this mental gymnastics.

It’s the Heritage Foundation, which might as well be called “Propaganda Hut.” Let me guess: more divisive, American-dividing ideas? Yes, Heritage, let’s keep pushing tribal behavior to encourage class war while the rich destroy the planet and their fellow humans.
