He hated the games and actively spoke against thempurely because he was wrong about their success, so his opinions hold precisely no merit for me, even if he is the original author. I can imagine him trying to say anything to drag the games down.

The "important plot point" is Witcher schools. And I've been saying it for over a decade they've overblown them in the games.

Yeah. Clans and sects, sure. Schools, lmfao.

I imagine the main issue is the schools being different places. Kaer Morhen should be the single "school building" of the witchers. Makes sense with Geralt being a White Wolf too - nickname makes more sense if not everybody around is a wolf.

But there are clearly differences between the people with different medalions - like the cats mostly becoming assassins or swords for hire. I'd be really interested in him explaining the different medalions someday.

Edit: also makes me wonder what schools/medalions the others had. Never thought about this one, not sure if it is mentioned.

Presumably the others all had very different medallions, possibly not always related to some animal. At least that's the headcanon I had when reading the books

It is very likely. Though we only have animal examples. And multiple people shared one category so there probably was some system behind it.

I wonder how long AI will be able to stretch out clickbait titles, soon they will be longer than the few words needed to tell the content of the article
