We really gonna lose the ability to protect kids at a state level as the federal government bends the knee to a pastor wanting to exercise his "first amendment right" to beat or shock children.

I wish proponents of the long discredited pseudoscientific "conversion therapy" got to experience it first hand before subjecting children to it.
