I thought this was a joke, BS thrown into the ether by Trump himself. How is this demented pile of poo even being considered?
He’s sending troops to Chicago because it’s the home of the Obamas. He’s sending troops to Portland because, of all our cities, it is the shining jewel of liberalism.
He wants to shoot people. Trump flat out asked during the Floyd riots why he couldn’t just send in national guard to kneecap people.
How is a Nobel peace prize even a question for that man?
I say this as an American.

Anyone can be nominated. It's not a transparent process. They won't reveal the nominators. Trump could buy nominations. Elon musk is on the list. I'm sure he bought in there.
There are other nominations. If the Norwegian peace price committee does award it to trump, they loose all credibility they had.
If Trump actually gets a Nobel Peace Prize, I hope every past laureates return theirs in protest.
