Fun fact: There are no insurrections happening.

That somehow, national guard deployments to cities have happened unconstitutionally anyway, is not the best sign that US is working. Constitutional loophole that all Presidential declared national emergencies are automatically real is a gaping constitutional hole for fascism.

The guard is currently deployed in limited support roles since active-duty members of the military are forbidden from conducting civilian law enforcement actions, such as conducting searches and making arrests. But the Insurrection Act allows the president to deploy troops inside the United States for that purpose.

The deployments were politically justified as "stopping rampant crime" as a fake emergency.

you're mistaken, the insurrection is occurring. its just not coming from antifa.

Sad fact: strictly limited definition of insurrection is mutiny attempts against government. Brown shirts running over those disrespectful of C.Kirk, or any other persecutions/abuse done to please/inspired by the Fuhrer, are something else.

Only an idiot would invoke the insurrection act .... on an insurrection they started and led!!!

Oh yeah, I forgot, we're talking about Americans here

It's going to happen folks. It's not a question of "if", but "when" anymore. Your media is completely failing you reporting it like this. These fascists always telegraph what they're planning to do. Soon after that, they'll be telegraphing "Plenary power" as Steven Miller said too early by mistake.
