Stopped bracket creep. Canned the hard to calculate (and would be gamed heavily by people self-reporting values) 'unrealized gains'. Added another tax bracket for the upper 1% of super holders.
These all sound like reasonable changes or am I an idiot?
I'm not saying Labor doesn't deserve ire often, but i hate how ABC is headlining everything they does now with negative language (eg 'watered down'), they get plenty of that from the Packer/Murdoch media already. The filling of many of the executives, board and director with ex-Murdoch scum by the Liberals has worked as planned and got them so, so far from their mandate of impartial reporting. They're close to being just another right wing source in much of their reporting now.
