I can't post on other instances (lemmyrs.org)

If I try to send a comment on other instances (at least on programming.dev) at least 4 out of 5 times my comment is not send, the send button is replaced by a spinner that spin forever and that's all. Am I the only one with this issue ?

I'm using firefox on android.

It's probably also a side-effect of this instance running a two month old version of lemmy. I already created a new account on a different instance. I haven't had any issues since.
