Just saw a teenager walked away from a Vline train station at Southern X in handcuffs, I'd say he was about 15. Have to wonder what he did. He looked so skinny, the wind could have blown him over.

Tradies are over today installing solar panels, ironically on a cloudy and maybe rainy day and they actually arrived early and on time at 7:30am. 😢 😴
