Thanks to resident 311 reports and reports from our staff, our crew has been working on Ellicott Drive, where we found large piles of dumped garbage. It took quite some time to clean it all up. (media.kbin.social)

A reminder: Maryland litter control laws have a penalty of up to $30,000 fine with a possible 5 years in prison.
If you witness illegal dumping in progress, call 911.
To report debris or trash, call 311.

Just a suggestion to Baltimore: a “before” picture along with the “after” picture can make for a stronger demonstration.

But good job. I’ve watched The Wire all the way through 5 times and so I know what you’re dealing with.
