xmonad + custom bar written in haskell with gi-gtk-declarative with a modified version of gi-gtk-declarative-app-simple and gtk-strut... maybe... this might be a screenshot from before I switched from eww to my custom one... (I did that about ~7 mounths ago (still haven't bothered to get the hover reveal on the volume control working...
