What is the significance of Thunderbirds to your talk?
It's not Thunderbirds per se, it's the interchangeability of front-ends when using the Fediverse, encapsulated by the different Thunderbird 2 pods. e.g. one of the things I'm going to discuss is how to use Lemmy from Mastodon. There's some overlap between people who are there and people who are here, but it's not 100%. When I was first using Lemmy it was 100% from Mastodon (though these days I mostly use it 100% on Lemmy itself).
It’s cool you used Thunderbird 2 to illustrate that.
