How does that trolley even have a grip on the track with all those meatbags in the way?
It's designed to run on meatbags, not tracks. The tracks are there just to make the meatbags uncomfortable until the trolley arrives.
This is a completely unrealistic caricature as neither trolley nor people on tracks are used to display ads
