Hey, great job ๐Ÿ‘. If you want to protect again insect damage and prevent bolting, use row covers. Makes a huge difference for me.

That looks great! Could I ask, what are your growing conditions (hardiness zone, if you're in the US) and when did you plant it? My cabbage always bolts before forming a head.

Thank you! We're in 7B and we planted in mid Spring I think. The rest of our cabbages bolted, and has always done so in previous years as well. I think this one didn't because it was in a shaded spot.
