Generally speaking, having unmarked adds would be considered illegal in Dutch law, so there's a fair chance the EU won't let this fly either.

Like what? Having newspapers report on crimes and expecting law enforcement to follow up on it? I'll get cynical when our legal system stops working, but for now I'll assume the cogs will turn as they're supposed to.
