Thank God for double blind peer reviews, warts and all.

Also one of the dumbest names ever.

Which is unthinkable, much like people speaking American English are necessarily fans of the military industrial complex.

Whatever happened to Marx' "ownership of the means of production" definition? Also, even beyond that, it makes sense to have an understanding that the precarity felt by an upper middle class person is not remotely the same kind of daily struggle faced by a lower middle class person. Not being able to afford property vs. not being able to afford food.

Ultimately it is important to recognize that all humans in the capitalist system are recruited to participate in an extractive, antihumanist global process.

100k to a billionaire is no more than a tip. Billionaires are a symptom of an unjust system of wealth distribution, regardless of the person. Musk also happens to be a racist numbfuck, but they're a dime a dozen. The problem is that he's part of a digital feudalism and wields enormous power.

Can confirm re: Germany. It's often explicitly framed as a hygiene issue. That said, there are saunas where you may wear stuff, it's usually designated. Plus you have "women only days" in a good number of public saunas.

In Russia it's also common to eat dried fish and drink beer/sometimes vodka in the room next to the sauna.

Hmmm, I initially wanted to agree with the OP, since the whole "Pravda" thing is a naming scheme from Soviet times, but apparently it's reasonably well regarded:

I.e. not at all like Komsomolskaya Pravda, which is straight up Russian yellow press party line nonsense.

I reckon it's "not being able to see color", i.e. claiming that you don't recognize the difference between people of different skin color. That can itself be a form of supremacy since it denies the lived reality of many people.
