Agreed. There are enough early access games and half-baked titles out there. I'm more than happy to wait and let them finish what they intended to create.

Also erstmal möchte ich dir sagen, dass ich es super finde, dass du reagiert hast. Das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich.

An deiner Stelle würde ich versuchen Verbündete zu finden, wie andere auch schon vorgeschlagen haben. In deiner Klasse gibt es vielleicht noch andere, die es ähnlich sehen aber nicht den Mut hatten, um es offen anzusprechen. Falls du in der Klasse niemanden findest, gibt es vielleicht andere Ausbilder*innen, die dieses Verhalten ebenfalls nicht tolerieren wollen. Gemeinsam ist es dann leichter, Druck auf den Vorgesetzten aufzubauen und ihn zum Handeln zu bewegen. Viel Erfolg!
