Most phone manufactures create their own version of Android. Usually they are pretty full of useless junk and a ton of UI changes. By saying "mostly Android" you're urually saying "mostly [original] Android".
If you're willing to do maintenance, get a resller hosting account and sign people up for hosting on it. Or just get cheap hosting somewhere. Something that would be maintained for you (e.g. shared hosting). Then it also becomes a source of [mostly] passive income.
Then you would be able to do whatever type of sites you want. Like others have said, static sites of some sort. Learn a common templating engine and javascript so you can work with a bundler like Webpack that will do some automation for you.

What this guy said. All the JPGs started as a proof of concept/example. That wasn't the end goal!
I thought Newpipe stopped working a long time ago. I could never get it to work. Time to give it another try. If it wasn't for Google blocking the site, I would have forgotten about Newpipe :-D
I'm running that GPU right now with 2 4k monitors and a TV at 2k. All at 60hz. Running great.
