No due to the fact that mistrials can occur. Once you've killed someone who was actually not guilty it's pretty hard to make that up afterwards.

Not a CPC member, application was rejected due to his lifestyle (drug abise and shit) but yeah his support of the proletarian dictatorship and socialism is tres bueno
