Nice, I had no idea they've been working on normalizers like they're the cure for cancer. My experience has been the same as OPs, pretty crap.

It has to do with compression. The levels are more active to correct than an EQ and often result in clicks of louder volume. Also it's worth mentioning that virtually all media utilizes volume for effect, nullifying it tends to sound uninspired.

I wouldn't recommend putting yourself through it, but if you watch Johnson's speech, every Republican looks positively giddy about killing grandma. CSPAN did us dirty by not zooming out to show their faces as they rubber stamp the American Nazi Enabling and killing the poor act that rendered their jobs useless.

There is hemming and hawing to the public, but make no mistakes, they're proud of themselves and think nothing bad will happen to them. So far they're right.

If you do, which I don't recommend, at least purge the results of any "Not just a b and c -- but also d e and f!" language, because you will be eliminated immediately.

Matter of fact, never use M dashes or "fully loaded" sentences if you can avoid it. I would recommend rewriting all of it line by line to sound identical as possible to the listing to a layperson. In other words, if the listing says must type 60 wpm, don't leave it out that you type 160 and don't include you use dvorak.

For real, it's like we know you all failed us historically badly, you can stop proving it every time you open your placating maw for another round of useless pontificating.

Pied piper float on down the river and disappear forever this time.

On 20 November 2023, Biden received a call from Obama wishing him a happy 81st birthday, and invited his former boss to the White House for lunch. Obama remained “slightly incredulous” that Biden was running for a second term, the book says.

When the pair met for lunch in December, Obama argued that dividing the campaign leadership between Wilmington and Washington was not suitable for the fast decision-making required by a modern presidential election.

“After the lunch,” the authors write, “Obama did not leave the White House right away. He stopped to visit with Biden’s senior staff, many of whom used to work for him, and shared his account of what he and Biden had discussed. Obama was more blunt with the staff. ‘Your campaign is a mess,’ he told them.”

Does anyone in the entire country give a single solitary fuck about Biden's feelings right now?

Mortgage/rent. Fuckers have ruined the market completely refusing to build.

His account is horrific. The media can not and definitely will not amplify this enough. I believe everyone else should.

Public support is already against this bill. Protests are to inform, and it doesn't magically turn demon congressmen into concerned citizens.

They don't care about the public reception because they no longer care about what even their own constituents think. I legitimately believe they don't intend to continue elections in any meaningful capacity, and they think those are the only ways they can be touched.

The US is slow to catch on and quick to turn off, I blame the propaganda cycle for that. The right has spent decades preparing for the point that they no longer need approval to kill with impunity.

Protect yourself from yourself, lad, you are loved even if not by your country.

Folks, get your guns before you can't afford them.

Sirens used to beckon in person, with their voices, smdh.

On another note, this is a good rendition of a siren song for the game Hades 2 sung by Ashley Barrett. I'd prolly jump in.

Occasionally, on my daily walks, I see squirrels who aren't scared of humans and can catch detailed photos of them with only a smartphone. This one popped up from a dumpster to the ledge and seemed much more interested in eating than running.

This article is likely to become more and more relevant, but I wanted to highlight many of these heroes for a central theme, which is that not a single one of these people said, "I will not comply" to make themselves a target. They kept their power and used it to save thousands, or they forged documents or narratives through a normal process without drawing unnecessary attention to themselves.
