How? Microsoft is so far behind Sony in both quality and quantity of first part games. Even if the merger does actually end up going through, it's not going to change the fact that Sony are the clear market leaders.
Also, Sony whining about Microsoft attempting to put out more exclusives, when Sony has been doing it for decades, is so ridiculously hypocritical, I struggle to understand how anyone can take them seriously.
