A single property, no, multiple properties with fair rent, yes. The problem is prices.

Yeah, I agree the genre has come down to a basic recipe.
There are some exceptions:
- Sword Art Online, technically an issekai, but only because they are trapped in the other world.
- The Devil is a Part-Timer, reverse issekai where something foreign and god-like comes to the real world and becomes mortal

Why did you leave the A off of LGBTQIA+?
I'm not offended, just curious if it was a typo, or shorthand. Generally LGBT+ or LGBTQIA+ are acceptable, but leaving the A off can appear like a deliberate jab at Asexuals.
I would say: write down your task before you are pulled aside. Do this each time you are pulled aside, then work through tasks in reverse order.
