That would not have scared child me. Child me would be delighted she wasn't been dragged to various things her mother wanted her to do.

I've seen key lime pie ice cream bars! They were delicious.

I usually feel anger at myself that it took that long/wasn't better/something else my brain had decided to keep me from getting any good brain chemicals

Hmm interesting! This was the setting I've played the most in the tabletop game. Fun times.

I remember working at borders like a decade ago or more, and when I first got there husband realized, "oh! The publisher has a system you can check to see when they plan on releasing a book, yeah? See when a dance with dragons is coming out!!!" So I did

We watched that date move over the course of a year. Then just disappear from the system. It was like two more years after that before it came out or more (time is my enemy)

It's never ending.

I love these little ancient trinkets. They're so cute!

There's a number of mud games still around in their text glory. Love me a text mmo. Well most aren't massive. None are massive. Hence mud, multi user dungeon. But not massively multi user.

I currently play Starmourn which is very new by mud standards.

Me and my twin were leashed. I didn't know it, so I guess we weren't affected by that too much. Just other stuff in childhood. It was difficult for mother to control twins if she took us out alone so leashes it was.

Other people were so shitty to her about it though.

He more looked down on people who didn't act. There were educated people who did things and he respected them. But being a lazy person who never uses their abilities whatever they are annoyed him.

It's been like a decade since I read any Conan though so.

We traveled a lot as children. I know we saw Germany but...not sure where. I remember Holland, that has/had a place called Maduradam I think and that was cool shit as a kid. We also saw more somber stuff. We also went specially to Wales and the Welsh were baffled at this decision. It was lovely.

Bad! Human bodies suck ass and we need to upgrade to something better stat.

:p

After my last pizza, I had to make more! This time I made two smaller pizzas, one with pepperoni and mushroom and this one with just pepperoni. Very tasty! I also found out my oven goes to at least 500F which is cool.

Meant to recreate this pizza from Blue Prince! Has truffle sauce, fontina cheese, portabella baby mushrooms, pepperoni (couldn't find non-pork salami) and two fresh basil!

Not wood-fired though, my stove is but electric. And there was that one side that stuck to the peel.

It was delicious though! I will absolutely make this again.

Five jars total this year! I hate coring them, silly strawberries! Tastes delicious though. Two jars have popped, so hopefully the rest will as well!

Twelve jars total this year! Only took about two hours including prep of the jalapeños. Many of them are already claimed by family, hopefully I get at least a can for myself XD

They're getting so tall! With neat little leaves!

So it's a sloppy joe, but the game says Jim, so who am I to argue? Jims rejoice!

It's nice. I'd add relish to the mix next time instead of just whole pickles. But still very tasty!

I've been trying to cook some of the food I've been finding in Blue Prince! Today was the Golden Sunrise Soup

I'm unsure how to make it more yellow than orange. Butternut squash base, maybe? I like making the country stew pie more, but beef stew is delicious!
