Plastic has multiple type that each require a different process for recycling.

Having a bunch of plastic all mixed up together needs people to manually separate them.

It's a joke.

I think that's how it should be and probably used to be. A lot of landlords with very few rentals.

Nowadays, we have literal company optimizing everything to get the most out of their investment. If they can increase, they will.

A landlord that does this as a side business won't necessarily increase the rent because he will prefer to have a good relationship because he does not want to spend all his time searching for new tenants.

Even in nature there is property. A lion will defend its territory from other motherfuckers. They will even kill. There is "property" in nature and it's fucking brutal. The butterfly example is ridiculous. You can't compare 1 butterfly with 1 human. A butterfly does not need a lot of resource but human does.

Capitalism does not work well when companies are too big. No one can compete unless you are already very rich. That sucks.

Density shouldn't be big tower. It should be 4-5 story building very close together.

There is a French word for geek : "Tronche". You would use that word like this : " ce que tu fais c'est vraiment tronche"eaning what you are doing is very geek.

You can't expect someone not ride a car if they need one for survival.

The same is true for the fast-food industry: a lot of people dont cook anymore and just go to McDonald's. Hell, a lot of people don't even make their coffee in the morning anymore.

If we want to get back on track, make a law that reflect this otherwise, fuck off.
