"Peak human" is being a Reddit-tier pretentious snob that expresses passive-aggressive contempt for living human beings if they use pictures to communicate.
That's my take too, though "overambitious perfectionist" still sounds too flattering for what a bumbling narcissist he is.
He even put himself directly into the fiction's lore as

I let the right-wing MAGA chuds in my biological family come to my wedding.
I did do a smart thing within that stupid decision: it was an alcohol-free wedding. That made them fuck off after a short while to go get drunk somewhere else and everyone I actually cared about and loved stayed all day and well into the sunset.

"Zero tolerance" policies in my district are so fucked up and easily metagamed by the actual bullies that I had to outright break the rules and feign ignorance to even let kids take a stand and fight back against the bullies. I hated it.
