I'm sure some of their Republican voters will be thrilled to hear that...

Oh by the way, I thought the GOP were about state rights?

More freedom for people that can afford to buy a car and live in an area with ample parking. But no freedom for everyone else amirite

Calling PP a political org is too obtuse a message to view this response as a simple mistake or miscommunication. Unity is apparently run by conservative hacks and I hope they collapse.

Mine is in an unfinished room at the corner of the basement where the main line comes in and replacing it took the plumber life

RIP poor plumber

Far-right news rag wants people to stop saying far-right. How unsurprising.

Does teaching Holocaust make us hate modern Germany? Does teaching about Pearl Harbor makes us hate modern Japan? Why do they think that teaching black history is exclusively spreading hate?

Chatgpt creating incorrect feedback loops like this is one of my main concerns about AI being used so prevalently. This and original thoughts disappearing because every new content in the web is generated by AI and not by a human.

Any plans to improve the sorting algorithm so that there's a good balance of fresh posts at the top that's also fairly active? And to help promote smaller communities that would have otherwise been dominated by the posts from bigger instances.

Any concerns about duplicate communities across multiple instances? People have made the argument that it's like having different flavors of subreddits on Reddit, but it's a flawed analogy. Individual instances have incentive to make their own communities flourish, whether or not there's a duplicate already available.

Republican voters are a different breed. Even with enough evidence to prove Russia was interfering with the 2016 election, Democrats still mostly accepted the win. With even less evidence of any fraud in the 2020 election, the majority of Republicans deny Biden's legitimacy.

Just look at the truck. It's a dodge ram, they don't make any PHEV models.

Dadjokes@lemmy.world said they just had 10k subscribers but the count next to the search results on the left hand navigation menu shows much smaller numbers

I just see an empty space until I click on it. Then it shows the picture, and will show up in the comment from then on.

Example here: https://lemmy.world/post/1925463

On the connect app, on the view where the posts are listed as cards (before you click on the post itself), if you click on the picture, zoom in, and scroll by moving the picture around, it will close unexpectedly.

And that's how you lose talent...

I don't mind visiting the office once in awhile, say 2 or 3 times a month. But to mandate it to every day is asinine. I'm never going back to wasting 3 hours a day sitting in a train/stuck in traffic.
