I've always wondered why you can't use large gems. Maybe dwarves think they're too gaudy?

Your questions might cause some bias with your sample when it comes to older individuals and higher earners. Your highest income bracket isn't much higher than the average hourly wage.

I feel like this has to do with society being built around early birds, causing undue stress to night owls over their life.

I'm not a parent but a teacher who has encountered similar things with students. This won't work in all the situations you described but you can try giving them affirmation by telling them they are very creative for coming up with cool ideas or stories. This can provide positive attention without conceding the point.

Also for some things like ice cream not being cold, you get explore the idea with them. Cold is, in fact, not a thing, it is just a lack of heat.

Vitamin D is fat soluble, so you really shouldn't be taking more than 100% daily value.

Pretty much the same. Conservative subreddits are pro-Israel, most other subeddits have pro-Palestinian sentiment. Haven't seen any pro-Hamas stuff.
