I want to share my monero with the devoted workers over there at OF.

On Trocador it's possible that I will need to disconnect my VPN to redeem the card, and that's not an option.

With Cake wallet, there is a US-only mastercard, but I would like to make international payments too.

How do you pay for OF and the likes?

UPDATE : I have tried using Cake Pay and I did not receive a card to redeem!

$25 lost... I remember now that when buying the card, I had to check a box to confirm that I was NOT using a VPN. I was. I had misread it. I am going to try my luck with their support.

The EU has gone crazy. They are impotent, and less and less relevant on the world stage.

Nevertheless they just want to centralize everything and control everything. I would for sure start looking for a plan B if I were there.

I think they will be the first to have both digital ID and CBDC. Combine that with limited cash tolerance and they can start sanctioning their own citizens for wrongthink and herding them back in line.

I saw that the migration to the latest lemmy version was coming in the next weeks (?).

Is there a need to ask the community to pitch in some donations or tech support?
