That's really interesting... are Cube's coloured or is that in the skill of drafting to keep your draft in one or two colours? Are Lands and then brought in separately?
Some tube stations do post up jokey posters and whiteboards, it could be real 🤷🏻♂️
How comes they won't be making more?

You're probably already keeping a detailed log of every incident, and recording evidence - keep doing it

Go to the local council environmental nuisance team

They provide a noise meter (or sometimes app for your phone) to record proof

After a few incidents they can serve him with a noise abatement order

If for some reason they won't, as long as you've followed the process above you can apply to Magistrate's Court directly for a noise abatement order and both parties will get summoned to put forward their sides.
Overrated nonsense in the newspapers... I've lived and worked in and around London my entire life and never seen a knife outside of a restaurant.
You're probably in more danger from that edge you're displaying.

I've had it (mines on eBay for peanuts right now if you want it) and would not recommend.
It is essentially prompts for you to sit there imagining you/your character in a fantastic situation.
If "have an imagination" is a problem for you then you might get some use from it, otherwise I wouldn't bother to be honest.
