There's two prongs to this

  1. Caching is an optimization strategy used by legitimate software engineers. AI dorks are anything but.

  2. Crippling information sources outside of service means information is more easily "found" inside the service.

So if it was ever a bug, it's now a feature.

Enthusiasm for this level of automation is pretty much inversely proportional to having to work on/around it.

Automation can be great. But the tail of exception cases is very long.

Lights out automation is the "AGI" of logistics.

And I've found loads of walnut shells in nooks and crannies. I'm not going to cut a black walnut down.

Buildings need to be built properly to exclude animals regardless.
