I mean numerical fiscal rules, there is category spending rules. Rules for the state budget, spending and budget deficit. An example is Schuldenbremse in Germany

In my country it isn't an option. I can only use virtual revolut prepaid or gift cards.

Idk, maybe I'm wrong. Notesnook is recommended by privacyguides at all. All my mistrust comes from the fact that such countries are not famous for respecting human rights. What if the government forces the owners to give up the keys? Maybe it's an unrealistic scenario cause data is encrypted.

They add a RAW support and a few more features recently, so I believe adding support for HDR and more is a matter of time. But good to know that ente.io is now approved by privacyguides.

IMO crypt.ee is better. Yes cryptee does not have auto upload and also no native apps but they progressive web app is awesome. They are recommended by privacyguides. On privacyguides's github you can also read why they don't recommend ente.io

I use material files but i don't know if it is still maintained? Last update is from may 2022. Any newer recommendations?

Edit. I forgot to add that I prefer open source apps
