Before we get to the stage of growing our own food, there is a LOT of unrealised potential in purchasing & cooking food. Bulk purchases, portion control, collective cooking, reducing waste, better distribution, more vegetables, less meat and so on

An amusing trick is to write in NotePad and then change the file extension to .doc Word opens it without complaint
