I mostly agree with you, especially point (1), but what are you talking about with "Hamas did genocide on Isreal last year"? They did a terror attack for sure, but that's not genocide. Wiping out significant percentage of a population because of their ethnicity or culture is genocide (see what Isreal is doing in Gaza) and it takes months to years.

They may not be centerists when seen through that Overton window of the USA in 2024, but in terms of the modern political spectrum they definitely are. There's barely a social policy they have that isn't already enacted for decades in more progressive countries and states.
Unfortunately we have to do both. We need big industry to reduce but we also need a massive change in our behaviors. Industry must be forced to make these changes because they are purely profit driven and don't take into account 2nd order costs of their actions. People can make choices to improve their personal impact on the environment, and every little bit counts.
For example, if everyone who can uses more public and active transportation, then that leaves more capacity for those who can't. Making less cars is better than making more EVs. Personal transport is a significant source of pollution even if it's not close to the biggest.

Give away free electric tools if they trade in their gas ones. It's so bad for health to be huffing 2 stroke fumes all day every day.

No shot 4 SSDs will be the same price as a HDD of the same capacity yet. HDD is still the king of GB/$.
If I'm wrong... Can you send me some links? I could use some cheap 8TB SSDs.
