Your best bet is to go through companies that are interesting relevant and find someone who is a hiring manager or has something in common with you. Once you find them, send them a nice LinkedIn message explaining how much you love the company/product/culture and if they are interested in having a coffee chat.
Basically, you gotta get past the gate keepers (recruiters) and you'll find things open up. Most recruiters are fucking shit (especially at mega corps) and are just looking to check boxes. Go around them.

P.s. have a look at the Netherlands, there's a lot of need for talent and quite a few companies will sponsor if you meet the income reqs.

My company has recharge days, basically a separate PTO budget you can use at any time for any reason. I use them so I can go to the beach because it's always fucking raining during the weekend in NL.
