ads on steam aren't personalized, and be very glad they're not

I've been doing a manual check every day since the update was announced and I'm still on the November patch
I even got one of those repeat patches where it says there's an update and to reboot but I still ended up on the November patch anyway
for tv stuff "smart" is the only thing that exists now
