You do always get some radiation from Radon gas diffusion. Enough to make it illegal to import into the EU now without expensive testing, still orders of magnitude below background radiation.
The people who really suffered from it were the women who painted the dial.

Google "driver's watch".

Now that's a proper grail watch. One that is actually hard to get, not just expensive.

Your budget is whatever you paid for all your watches combined.
For me it would be the Laco Flieger Pro hand-winding no logo.

Was für einen Sinn macht es, Neupreise von E-Bikes mit Gebrauchtpreisen von Autos zu vergleichen?
Kauf dir halt ein gebrauchtes E-Bike.

Don't lose it in the ocean. This Wilson won't swim.

I always vigorously shake mine to get it going. Runs fine for 20 years so far.

Sounds like a pretty good opportunity to train under more realistic conditions.

Mercator really starts to shine when you rotate it by 90 degrees.

Fun fact: Whether North or South are "up" on a map is also completely arbitrary.

Bottom dial is a copy of the minute hand.
The two others are fakes that are supposed to make it look like it's a 20 hour chronograph.
Likely without function apart from jumping by 1 when you push a button.
The inner bezel is likely also fake and doesn't actually rotate.
This is a cheap quartz watch, I'm guessing?

I'm pretty satisfied with this "collection", since there isn't anything in any price range that excites me anymore.

My first watch from a microbrand.
I was looking for a "hand-wound pocket watch on a strap" and this is exactly it. The tilted dial is surprisingly practical since a lot of the time I'm either typing on a computer keyboard or riding a bicycle, and in both cases the dial is aligned perfectly to read the time without moving my arm.
