I use the Yuzu Mainline appimage

It always shows games twice and feels weird to setup

I know I just thought that someone might know

It boots up tries to launch, gets in the launching window and then crashes. I could use ryujinx but it doesn't look as good (in my opinion the performance and look for ACNH looks better on Yuzu) and I have to move my save file...and so much more

It worked thank you

Yeah I'm using Dancing Script for handwriting fonts and Roboto as a more "Times New Roman"-esque font for formal use cases

I've seen this but the AUR isn't open by default and there's a reason why it's not opened. I've read that it can lead to faulty behaviour and software not working properly

I can use Roboto but tbh it's a work requirement

I don't like Retroarch or rather I don't want to l learn it since it's a bit complicated

while upgrading the inner bottom left screw stripped...and nothing helped rubberband, superglue, nothing. Fkin hell a single screw is screwing with my plans

They're saved on my SD card but how do I know that they will be available after upgrading my SSD? And will a new Emudeck install not overwrite my SD card?

Using the touchpad to access the small menu and toggling fast forward does not work for me

Thank you I'm familiar to the process in desktop mode but I don't know where the folder is...

I downloaded Emudeck and it's great but I'd like to play my childhood classics with hd textures. How do I do that? (I use Emudeck and a SD card for the games)

I've just installed ProtonVPN on my Deck but it won't connect and tbh I don't want to touch anything in the console/tinker with that...how can I still use ProtonVPN?

My Steam Deck arrived and I even got a setup for it. My problem rn is that my keyboard has an american layout but I need to type german umlaute sometimes...how do I do that?

my Steam Deck's arriving soon and I'm kinda afraid about the SSD upgrade and the steps I have to do. Especially after hearing that some sticks/touchpads (I can't remember what) don't work immediately after booting into Steam OS with the new SSD.

Do you need to leave the Steam Deck open to download something on i.e. Firefox in desktop mode or will it just download perfectly in standby mode? I know that it's basically a PC and it should work but since I'm planning to get one I want to be sure.

hello I'd like to know if I can play League on the deck with a keyboard and mouse in docked mode.

I had an old MSI gaming laptop from 2016 which was amazing for me (I always had slow, 2nd hand laptops before) and now I've sold it and my PS Vita in order to buy a Steam Deck. I want to play Elden Ring, the Souls series, Sekiro and some indie games like Vampire Survivor. I also want to emulate games (Gameboy gen up to PS2 gen). Would that be a good investment or should I just go for a PC? I travel frequently because of my job.

Is it okay to ask for help in building a Linux gaming PC?
