Ridiculous! You would basically need the mass of a planet for that to work.

And as an unstoppable force of nature and chaos... you order some stuff online and get food delivered.

Behold! Our mundane god of meaningless is looking for ways to fill the void inside!

An API that unlocks DLC? That sounds like... wait what community is this? (looks around)
Is that a wooden IP address? Nice eye patch by the way. Cheers matey!

Wait, you play games to have fun and not as a duty? What about "pride and accomplishment"? ;)

The moment I embraced easy mode was when Assassin's Creed Odyssey was like: "Is the gameplay we designed for our single player game too tedious? Then buy some legendary items with IRL money or maybe our XP cheat!"

I'm beginning to think that a hypocritical moral is still better than no moral at all. At least it gives us a base for discussion or arguments and can turn into something better.

Like e.g. you also know you should eat healthier / care more about animal rights / protect the environment..., but life ain't easy and that burger tastes really good. Still you support those causes when you find the opportunity and energy to do it.

So maybe we should be kinder to good behaviour from companies, even it it's for the wrong reasons? We can still ask for more and call them out on shitty stuff they do.

To play devil's advocate: You could argue that in this case, the entire nation holds a vote over reinstating the right to own the ultimate gun.

The problem with that is, spin doctoring has gotten too good for this jury and you don't even need the majority to win.

But why? Did Intel make a deal with the board manufacturers? Is this tradition from the days when they build boards themselves?

I thought they just didn't care and wanted as little restrictions for their chip design as possible, but if this actually works without drawbacks, that theory is out the window.

Ich hoffe nur, die FPD macht keine Umfrage zum Tempolimit, denn dann müssten wir hier sicher einräumen wie unbeliebt das wäre.
