Yeah it seems like it was a permissions error. I set the tight permissions and now i have it working

I'm not really worried about performance on windows since i will only very occasionally be plugging it in there. Ive never heard of udf but will check it out too

I'm leaning toward btrfs. Gonna set it up tonight and test. Is there any major differences from ext4 i should know? I know it has snapshots but i read about if you dont use the right kind of drives it can corrupt data, is thus true or not really something i should worry about?

Yeah i'm mostly a controller player so that works for me. Is it that hard? I've played stone hard games like dmc/dark souls but this seems very different

Not 100% sure but since they are free links they wont come from torrents, at least not in the same way. They are being scraped from streaming websites.

Whetger or not the original uploaded got them from a torrent is unknown but they would have just downloaded it once and uploaded so very different in its effect on torrenting.

Those sites have always coexisted with torrents because they are often of low quality whereas torrents are higher quality
