We really need the follow Captain Seven series. Episodic in a similar way to Strange New Worlds with the option for longer story arcs where needed ππ€·ββοΈ
Unless this new movie is frankly outstanding it won't beat First Contact.

They are interconnected in much the same way that the Japanese invasion of Manchuria 1931 and the Spanish Civil War of 1936 and expansion of Japanese conquests into China in 1937 are preludes to the outbreak of WWII in 1939.
Incidentally the Second American Civil War is set to start in 2026 and Irish Reunification in 2024.
