In my case I use duckdns.org for DDNS, it is free and works well with wireguard.

For p2p it is better to use i2p, not tor

I recommend you to use ed2k/kad networks. You just have to start the client (emule, aMule or mldonkey) and share the folders. The first time you will need a server.met file, which contains the servers, the ipfilter.dat and also nodes.dat for the kad network.

Telegram, syncthing or upload to your cloud (onedrive, google drive, dropbox, whatever you use) and sharing the link. If you are near your friend and both have android, use nearby (like airdrop but on android).

You could use i2p for bittorrent, it is free, slower but secure.
