I'm going to Milan early next year on vacation from USA and I was thinking about buying a temp plan from my mobile provider TMobile. I'm also considering getting a prepaid tourist sim from either TIM or Windtre. I was wondering what the benefits would be. My phone can use 2 Sims and I would appreciate a local italian number to set up a temporary WhatsApp account but other than that I'm not sure.

I'm using mobile data roaming all over the EU, but when I come to Italy, most apps and Internet sites stop working. I can use some messaging services and access google.com, but that's about it. I have the APN protocol set to IPv4/IPv6 by default. I changed the APN protocol and APN roaming protocol (from the Access Point Names setting on Android) to IPv4 and was able to access all sites normally after that.

We will be staying in Cortina d'Ampezzo this week for our honeymoon. We were planning on doing a lot of outdoor activities, hikes, via ferrata etc. So far the weather predictions are not great. I know they are not very reliable in the mountains, but just in case we would like to have some backup plans. Any suggestions?

Oggi sono andato al bar del mio paese dopo dieci anni che non frequentavo più. Avevo fame e ho pensato di fare una cosa che un tempo consideravo normale, cioè consumare una piadina al bar. Appena ho letto il prezzo della piadina ho capito di essere approdato in un nuovo mondo, che tutto è cambiato e che me la potevo sognare. 4€ e 20 centesimi per una piadina che dieci anni fa avrei pagato la metà, e difatti nel portafoglio l'unica cose che avevo erano 2€ e qualche centesimo. Penso a quanto possa cucinare a casa mia con 4.20€ e mi sembra ridicolo. Non credo consumerò mai più in locali pubblici, che vita miserabile.
