Most of the fruits and vegetables are Bioland certified, and most of them are from a local farm near Heidelberg. The melon and obviously the bananas are not from Germany.

The Bread is organic whole-grain spelt bread from a local bakery. The grains are probably also local.

The oat milk is from organic locally (Baden-Württemberg) sourced and produced oats.

Hard to tell value proposition. How many adults will this feed for how many meals?

Only me and, IDK, 2 Weeks? But I also go to the Mensa and will also probably buy another bread next week.

There's no way you'll live 2 weeks of that and not be on a massive calorie deficit.

As he mentioned. He also goes to a Mensa(maybe in an University), where you can usually eat relatively cheap.
