Read the complaint - the laws exist, this is them finally being applied hard.
Oh, that is beautiful to hear.
It's a good complaint - the laws are super-clear, and the actions in question are horrible and have real-life consequences. I just wonder that the SF CA's jurisdiction is too tiny to swing this one.
