You can't even sign contracts while visibly intoxicated in most places much less consent to duels lol.

As far as I know duels aren't legal anywhere in the US and if you did consent to one, it would not protect you from the legal consequences of murder. In fact, being voluntarily intoxicated would make the crime worse.
