Yes. More specifically, the heat dumped by the servers would allow toxic algae to spread.

But what about shareholder value? Surely the spreading of toxic algae would be dwarfed in comparison.

And because the algae affects everyone, the city should pay for any clean up.

We can't be taxed because we didn't make any profit. The stock buy backs cost more than we anticipated so we actually took a huge loss....
